PayPartner was created as a solution to this need. The team identified an opportunity in affiliate marketing and set out to build the solution, ensuring accessibility and quality aesthetics through the entire platform.
As the only product designer on the team, I was responsible for crafting the entire experience to ensure swift onboarding and user retention.
I collaborated closely with the Product Manager and Developers on the team to sift the features for our MVP which aligned with business goals and our team’s resources. Our priority was to determine Product-Market Fit.
Working in a small team with a tight deadline, my research was limited to competitive analysis. I studied some competitors to understand their approach and what worked.
This analysis guided strategic design choices, prioritizing seamless UX, clarity, and engaging incentives. Following that and discussions with internal stakeholders, we settled on features for the MVP.
I focused on creating an intuitive interface which prioritsed important information for the users. This included an accessible withdraw button and a track of withdrawals and earnings on referrals.
With users in Nigeria as our first audience, we wanted the withdrawal to their local currency to be fast and intuitive. This was a consideration through the entire design.
